As a therapist, I believe that self knowledge is key.  A literary genius once wrote, "to thine own self be true".   It is my goal to help you better understand your habits of thought, emotions and behaviors.  I offer in- person and virtual individual therapy sessions to help you along this journey of self discovery. Through this journey, you will be able to live a happier and more fulfilling life.

The Power of the Mirror

How often are you asked, "how are you doing?", yet you rarely take time to truly reflect on that question.  Perhaps, you aren't asked that question at all.

If you feel that you are not living the life that you are proud of, it can be a direct reflection of your thoughts, emotions and your behaviors.  There is nothing like the power of the mirror to promote self growth.  Individual therapy can be that mirror for you.

Sometimes it can be difficult to know when therapy is needed.  If you have a history of mental illness, have experienced a major life event that has had a lasting impact, or if you are just not quite feeling yourself, individual therapy could be the best decision for you!
